Kryetari i Levizjes Besa Bilall Kasami konsideron se votat e fituara nga kandidatet per kryetare komunash nga Besa jane vota te pastra shqiptare te cilat kesaj partie i garantojnë fitore ne rrethin e dyte zgjedhor.
